15-Day Return Policy
Eligibility & General Conditions
Goodfaith Motors LLC provides a 15-day return policy for eligible vehicles and machinery, subject to the following conditions:
- Reimbursement: Customers will receive 100% of the purchase price, excluding non-refundable fees (such as transaction charges, processing fees, taxes, or reconditioning costs).
- Price Cap: Refunds are limited to 104% of the current U.S. wholesale national average for the respective make and model at the time of purchase.
- Eligible Buyers: Applies to private buyers and dealers located within the United States purchasing inventory from Goodfaith Motors LLC.
Eligible Vehicles & Machinery
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Must be free of structural damage, unauthorized modifications, or alterations.
- Minimum Sales Price: Vehicle or machinery must be priced at $1,000 or higher.
- Weight Requirement: For machinery, a minimum gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 2,200 lbs (1,000 kg) is required.
- Eligible Inventory: Includes (but is not limited to):
- Agricultural and construction equipment
- Commercial vehicles
- Off-road vehicles, ATVs, and forklifts
- Medium- and heavy-duty trucks
- Trailers
- Condition of Sale: Items sold “As Is” are still eligible for return under this policy.
Return Terms & Conditions
Return Period & Usage Limits
The 15-day return window begins the day the buyer receives the unit. The return becomes void if the item exceeds:
- 20 total hours of operational use
- 200 miles of travel
Return Process
Contact our sales team within 15 days of delivery. We will guide you through the authorized return process and confirm eligibility.
Shipping & Inspection
Return Shipping: Goodfaith Motors LLC will arrange and cover return shipping through our authorized logistics partners.
Inspection: Returned items must be in original, unaltered condition with no added wear, damage, or modifications.
Restocking Fees: If an item is returned with any signs of misuse, missing components, or tampering, restocking fees may be applied or the return may be declined.
Refund Process
Upon inspection and validation of return eligibility, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable fees.
Exclusions
This return policy does not apply to new vehicles or brand-new equipment units.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable U.S. commercial code provisions.
